Please note, however, that we only offer replacements if the product is severely damaged during transportation. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong product selection.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@jodhpurhometrends.com within 3 days of receiving your product. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
As mentioned earlier, we only offer replacements if the product is severely damaged during transportation. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong product selection. Therefore, we don’t have a refund policy in place for the same.
If the damage is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will assess the situation and determine if a replacement is necessary. If we determine that a replacement is needed, we’ll take care of the shipping costs to get the new product to you.
